Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

LiteVPS is a low-cost, on-demand KVM infrastructure service. To keep the service reliable and affordable for all users, certain categories of use are strictly prohibited. By creating an account or using any LiteVPS resource you agree to this policy in full.

2. Prohibited: Email servers and email relaying

Running any form of email infrastructure is not permitted on LiteVPS. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • SMTP servers (Postfix, Exim, Sendmail, Haraka, or any equivalent)
  • Email relays or proxies (open or authenticated)
  • Bulk mailing tools or mass-mailing scripts
  • Spam infrastructure of any kind
  • Mail transfer agents (MTAs) operating on port 25, 465, 587, or 2525

Violation results in immediate account suspension without refund. We actively monitor outbound SMTP traffic and reserve the right to block port 25 at the network level.

3. Additional prohibited activities

  • Network scanning, probing, or DDoS attacks against any host
  • Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval
  • Hosting, distributing, or linking to illegal content under French, German, or EU law
  • Circumventing platform billing, resource limits, or access controls
  • Reselling LiteVPS resources without written agreement

4. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for policy violations, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Prepaid balance is forfeited upon termination for policy violations.

5. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
